This natural, topical magnesium lotion is made with easy-to-absorb magnesium chloride blended into nourishing organic oils and butters to create a rich, non-greasy lotion. Dosage
Apply a pea-sized amount to the legs or belly 10 - 15 minutes before bedtime. Use slightly more for adults. Approximately 100 mg of magnesium per tsp.
