How long does it take to get my online order?
It depends on the shipping method you choose! We aim to get all online orders shipped out within 1-2 business days.
I'm having trouble getting my candle to light. What can I do?
We're so sorry to hear you're having trouble with your candle burning. Check out our post on troubleshooting your candle. If you still can't get it to burn, we'd be happy to send a replacement candle.
Do you offer wholesale?
We do! We carry our candles in a variety of stores across the county. Click here to learn more about how to carry our candles.
How do I cancel my candle class booking?
We're so sorry to hear you can't make it! Send us an email to hello@rekindlecandle.co if you need to cancel or reschedule. If your class isn't within 48 hours, we'll offer you a full refund. If your class is within 48 hours, we unfortuantely can no longer offer a refund. But we will give you store credit to use toward an online order or in-store purchase!
